Lunar 2016

If you are celebrating another new year in the next few days, you probably know what I'm about to say- it's the Lunar New Year. To have the opportunity to celebrate the new year twice are just more than blessed since we're able to linger around with distant family and long-lost friends to get updated with their lives. Though we didn't celebrate much on the 1st of the new year (which some of you do), my family takes seriously into planning for Chinese New Year annually. A tradition that my ancestors had been practising and I'm glad to be in their generation to witness and involve in such an indigenous occasion. Now that I'm officially off from college for a week adjusting the time for my assignments is as important as the festival I still need to brainstorm ideas while enjoying the short break. As always, work hard, play hard. Dressing up in this season is crucial(no harm to doll up yourself once in a while) to show your eagerness to meet important people. I'm adding a little red-ish cherry print blouse(which I love a lot) to my outfit to express my cheerful self. In advance, I wish you who celebrate 新年快樂,萬事如意 🎇
